360 Excavator operative
Smart Workforce Solutions is recruiting 360 grabbers to join a local company that work within waste management specialising in household waste specifically.
If you are tired of short-term placements and want to join a small, friendly team – this job is for you!
Shifts: Monday to Friday 5pm until 3am
Pay: £18.00 per hour, overtime worked on a Saturday is paid at 1.5 and bank holidays are paid at x2
Duties and Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of waste management procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Operate a 360-degree grabber excavator to collect and transport waste
- Sort and classify waste according to company procedures
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards
- Report any problems to supervisor
- Assist with other tasks as needed
