Semi Skilled Operative

Smart Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Semi Skilled operative to join a local company that specialises in manufacturing and assembling roof Trusses based hu9.

If you are tired of short-term placements and want to join a small, friendly team – this job is for you!

Shifts: Monday to Thursday- 7am until 4pm and Friday 7am until 12pm

Pay: £11.44 per hour

OT is available everyday- top up those Christmas earnings

Requirements:

• Building, assembling and fitting components.
• Must be able to read from drawings
• comfortable using hand power tools
• We are looking for someone with previous experience, but who is also willing to learn and become part of the team!
• You must take pride in your work and aim to produce the highest quality product
• excellent communication skills
• “Can do” attitude
• Excellent attendance records
• Strong attention to detail and precision
