Laura joined the Smart Workforce Solutions in September 2023, she has vast experience working within temporary recruitment. She prides herself on building long lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike. Since joining Laura has enrolled on a level 3 management course, which is well underway. The most rewarding part of the job for Laura has been able to go out and visit placed candidates and recognise hard work with the smart superstar award scheme. When Laura’s not at work she spends her spare time with her family, Friends and her fur baby, Delilah.

Fraya recently joined the Smart Workforce Solutions team this year with prior experience within recruitment. Fraya decided to take on our Trainee Recruitment Consultant role due to her eagerness and willingness to learn and grow. With 6 months trainee experience behind her, she has a strong start point for accomplishing her goal of Recruitment Consultant. Fraya loves working in recruitment due to her passion for helping people, which is where her job satisfaction comes from. In her free time, Fraya prioritizes getting out with her loved ones, doing things such as nature walks and city breaks.

Hannah joined Smart Workforce Solutions in June 2021 after changing career from an Event Manager, due to the pandemic. After qualifying up to AAT level 4, she is progressing to study for her Level 7 ACCA qualification. Hannah leads the finance and administration division of the business and keeps all systems and processes up to date. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling the world and getting lost in a good book.

David has been a recruitment business owner for the past 10 years and founded Smart Workforce Solutions in July 2020. His energy and passion for recruitment with commitment to providing best in class service inspires the rest of the team. He has an excellent ability at building long term business relationships with both clients and candidates.

Joe joined our sister business Emmerson Kitney having previously worked in a secondary school as a Pastoral Manager in September 2016. Learning his trade as a specialist recruiter in our engineering division, Joe now leads day to day operations at Smart Workforce Solutions ensuring both candidate and clients have the best experience possible. Outside of work Joe plays and coaches at local rugby union club Hull Ionians, travelling Italy and socialising with family & friends. Joined the business in September 2016

Lauren Joined Smart Workforce Solutions in February 2022 with multiple years’ experience within an accounting function across construction and materials handling. Along the way she has studied towards her level 2 & 3 AAT and is continuing onto Level 4. Outside of work Lauren enjoys going on sunny vacations and social outings with friends as well as spending time with Family.
